The Role

An exciting new opportunity has opened with Curatrix Technologies for a talented individual who is looking to start their career in an ICT Support role with one of the leading Managed Service Providers in the South East.

We are looking to build the next generation of ICT Support Engineers by training and developing the skills of a hungry individual through a structured mix of training, hands on work and guidance, culminating in industry recognised certifications and incredible career progression opportunities. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for ICT, have a natural talent for Computing and desire a long term career in a ICT Support discipline. They should also be able to demonstrate written and verbal communications skills and be confident and determined when speaking to other people.

We are focussed on delivering the correct technical solution for our customers, and our Vanguard-ITSM, Trident-UC and Gemini-DP product sets have become popular with companies across the south.

Requirements

As this is an entry level job, there are only a few basic requirements that we would wish a candidate to demonstrate.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Professional sounding telephone manner
  • Demonstratable Microsoft Office skillset
  • Problem Solving skills and independent thinking
You must also be committed to your own development, motivated to grow and enthusiastic about your own ability to deliver ICT Support Services to our customer base.
