Number one is a fully licensed restaurant and takeaway in Bracklesham Bay, Chichester. 
All our food is hand prepared from raw, nothing is pre bought ready to ‘heat up and serve.’ All meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, rice & noodles are prepared by hand and from scratch which is done on a daily basis. We currently work split shift day time prepping and evening open for service.
  • Preparing all meats, seafood & veg from raw
  • Preparing rice & noodles from scratch
  • Seasoning raw produce/marinating raw produce
  • Frying foods
  • Cooking foods from scratch using a wok
  • Making sauces using Chinese ingredients
  • Cooking during service

Future prospects

Once the Apprentice has successfully completed the Apprenticeship, there is the potential to progress into full time employment.

Things to consider

Access to own car would benefit due to location and working hours.

We can provide lifts to and from Chichester however will need to discuss this with applicant.

Wages are negotiable on age and experience, to start will be hourly rate and then salary based.
