Due to growth they are now seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their team in their Birmingham office. This apprenticeship role will provide excellent hands on learning and experience of communications and marketing in a busy recruitment agency. It involves assisting the team in promoting all aspects of their service offering – which includes creating and editing content for websites, social media and print materials; as well as assisting in social media management, planning and scheduling.  This is an ideal apprenticeship for someone with some or limited knowledge and/or experience of marketing, social media and communications. You must be organized and reliable, with a high standard of literacy, numeracy, and IT skills. You will also need great communication skills and a genuine interest in sales and marketing.

Main Duties include: 

  • Help grow the online presence 
  • Create and implement inbound marketing campaigns
  • Review campaigns and following analysis continue to hone in on new audience targets for further campaigns
  • Social media management and audience engagement
  • Create and distribute relevant daily content across social channels
  • Work with team to produce content for outbound strategies
  • Generally support existing digital strategy where possible
  • Use mail chimp to craft emails, supporting wider sales strategy
  • Update website with marketing content

Desired qualifications
