Responsibilities
  • Operation of hand, electrical and pneumatic tools
  • Preparation of materials (identifying and cutting up
  • Allocation materials (routing bought in materials and component)
  • Deburring components and preparing for treatments.
  • Light machining (drilling and tapping, basic turning)
  • Assembly of equipment (Mechanical & Pneumatic)
  • Preparation and Packing for shipping to customers UK and international
Skills and Experience
 
Minimum requirement for L3 is grade A to C/4 - 9 in Maths & English.  Start 7.30 .8-hour day. Monday to Friday, includes one day at college.
 
You need to have a passion for a career in engineering and will be committed to learning all aspects of a busy manufacturing environment in a state of the art workshop.  If you can demonstrate some kind of engineering experience, even better.
