As a Business Administration Apprentice your duties will be:
  • Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner and greeting visitors to the Company.
  • Monitor, download and manage project document control systems and software.
  • Full training will be provided
  • Producing good quality work as instructed.
  • Assisting colleagues as required.
  • Become a fully functioning member of the Admin team who provide timely support to all Cooper Homewood employees as required.
The candidate will be enthusiastic and willing to learn. They should possess good communication skills and an ability to interact and communicate with the Cooper Homewood team. The candidate should possess the ability to use all Office products.
The entry requirements for this qualification are GCSE grades A-E/9-2 in English and Maths or Functional Skills Level 1. 
The apprenticeship will be delivered over 12 months and will be based in the work place with an assessor coming out every 6 weeks to set written assignments, conduct observations and discussions.
