Project Management Level 4 – InteriorLAB Ltd


£15 - £25K, 20 days annual leave, pension scheme, regular social events, fruit box deliveries, commission (not guaranteed, project dependant)


We are a design and fit-out management company who work across both prime residential and commercial property sectors, our unique skill set allows us to fulfil our clients ambitions from conception to completion.  




A junior project manager position within our design and management fit out company based in Petersfield. Our projects are predominantly based in London, in both the residential and commercial sectors. This role will involve managing the day to day operational aspects of the project(s) end to end.     

A Junior Project Manager position has become available within our design and fit-out management company. This role is ideal for an individual who works well to deadlines, has a good understanding in credit control and who is confident in managing a number of people at one time.

Day to day activities include, but are not limited to business development, quantity surveying, sub-contractor management and site management duties. For example;

  • Organisation of labour and materials
  • Ensuring the quality of work and materials on site are to the best possible standard
  • Financial management including purchasing and invoicing
  • Keeping in line with the programme set
  • Promote and maintain health and safety standards. Ensuring adequate signs, documentation and PPE are on site
  • Provide input and support to the pre-construction team including producing programmes
  • Support the project manager and project director in their roles

    Candidates must;

  • Be confident in communicating with clients as well as building control and other stakeholders.

  • Be positively reactive to any problems that arise.
  • Have good knowledge of the construction trade
  • Be confident in checking design drawings with architects, surveyors and engineers
  • Have a keen interest in developing a career In Construction Project Management.

Things To Think About


Very hard work with a mixture of different roles covered under Project Management with multiple sites to run at one time, however support will be available from colleagues.

Our office is based with less than 5 minute walk to Petersfield train station. Ideally the candidate would have a full driving licence.


Qualifications Required:


The entry requirements for the apprenticeship qualification are A-C/9-4 in GCSE Maths and English or Functional Skills Level 2. 

Apprenticeship / Next Steps

The apprenticeship will consist of working with the employer 4 days a week and 1 day a week in college. An assessor from Highbury College will visit the workplace every 6 weeks to observe the apprentices’ ability and skills in their daily role. The the final grade will be determined by an 'end point assessment' which will consist of 3 separate assessments: 

  • Online Knowledge Based Tests.
  • Skills Test
