Dawson Levy Resourcing are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Marketing Apprentice to join the team here. We are expanding rapidly and view marketing as a key area to help us achieve our growth plans, as such you will be an integral member of the team. 
You will lead the marketing strategy of the business working with the individual consultants to help improve their personal brand as well as the wider company brand.

Main duties as the Marketing Apprentice
  • Supporting the leadership team to drive brand and marketing strategies and develop and implement marketing plans that are aligned to the strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee and have overall ownership of group marketing plans.
  • Create, proofread, and edit content for digital channels, including podcasts and video content.
  • Implement and champion the company's social media strategy.
  • Manage brand strategy and development to increase brand awareness both internally and externally.
  • Lead on the development of the company's suite of websites and microsites, including content creation, website development, and reporting on and monitoring performance.
  • Establish networks with senior management, updating them on a regular basis on marketing developments and working with them on projects.
  • Work in collaboration with in-house and external design resources to produce promotional literature and web- based assets.
  • Track marketing campaign results, monitor budgets and spend and communicate results effectively.
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the marketing team and the company.

GCSE 9-4/A*-C in English and maths or Functional Skills Level 2 in both

There is no college attendance. Due to this, applications with less than the required grades will not be considered. Equally, applications received without stating maths and English GCSE/Functional Skills results will not be considered.
Course breakdown

Formal training usually takes place every 1 to 2 months and assessors will also be in regular contact to support learning. The programme runs for 16 months.
Students are taught using our partner Online Live (OLL) learning platform. This is the same platform used to teach corporates like Dell and Microsoft. The OLL platform gives access to live classrooms and fully functional virtual environments giving the freedom to attend from virtually anywhere.
You will be working towards a Level 3 Standard in Digital Marketing and you will achieve the following qualifications;
  • BCS Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Coding
  • BCS Level 3 Certificate in Marketing Principles
  • BCS Level 3 Digital Marketing Business Principles
Further to the qualifications above, you will also achieve the following;
  • MTA HTML 5
  • CIW Site Development Associate
  • CIW Internet Business Associate
  • CIW Social Media
Upon completion you can claim membership as an Affiliate (Professional) member of the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) and/or Associate membership.

Students will be taught using our online learning platform giving the freedom to attend virtually from anywhere. Due to being a virtual apprenticeship the training can be completed at home or in the work place and would be agreed with the employer. Time spent training will come under the working hours per week.
